Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and are committed to ensuring that your information remains confidential. We won't keep your credit card details and we definitely won't give your details to any third parties.
Flower care
Flowers are just like us, they need love and care to keep them happy. To last as long as possible they need fresh, clean water daily and, if possible, re-cut their stems every couple of days to prevent rotting.
Where you can, ensure they are not placed in direct sunlight, they prefer cool and calm.
If you have any issues with your flowers, please contact us with photos within 3 days. Replacement flowers may be sent at our discretion, however this will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
We hope you are happy with your order and won't want a refund but if you have any problems just write us an email.
If no one is home to receive the flowers, we will leave them in a safe place. If our courier cannot access the property or there is no safe place to leave them, we will contact you. Re-delivery or incorrect addresses will incur a re-delivery fee.
Please provide us with a contact phone number for you and the recipient.
We cannot cancel any order that has already been made up, we hope you understand. If the cancellation request is made prior to the order being made we will accept the cancellation and give you a full refund.
