All prices on the website are stated and payable in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)
If the recipient is not in when we deliver we will follow your instructions as to what to do. If there is nowhere safe to leave the flowers we’ll leave a note for the recipient to get in touch and bring them back to the studio.
The customer will remain responsible for the cost of all deliveries. A second delivery attempt may incur an additional charge.
We value your privacy and are committed to ensuring that your information remains confidential. We won't keep your credit card details and we definitely won't give your details to any third parties.
Flowers are just like us, they need love and care to keep them happy. To last as long as possible they need fresh, clean water daily and, if possible, re-cut their stems every couple of days to prevent rotting.
Where you can, ensure they are not placed in direct sunlight, they prefer cool and calm.
If you have any issues with your flowers, please contact us with photos within 3 days. Replacement flowers may be sent at our discretion, however this will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
We hope you are happy with your order and won't want a refund but if you have any problems just write us an email.
We cannot cancel any order that has already been made up, we hope you understand. If the cancellation request is made prior to the order being made we will accept the cancellation and give you a full refund.
